Thank you for shopping with Bumusty.
We accept returns within 30 days after the order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@bumusty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Depending on the order and product condition, the return may be sent to one of our fulfillment partners or to our designated return processing location.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, not in their original condition, or returned after the return window may not be eligible for a refund.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us at support@bumusty.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
